Our Interview process is where the things can get interesting – for both of us. Each role and department at Vibe, shall have different order and process for interviewing, but all include a few behavioural and situational questions, and always, time for you to ask questions.

  • PMC Co-Ordinator

    Experience: 5+ Years (2 Years on Site+ 3 Years in PMC Department)

    Job Location: Mumbai

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Rate Analysis, preparation of unit costs, calculation of quantities for project elements, review of specifications, updating bill of quantities.
    • Detailed Construction Budget Preparation.
    • Budget tracking with respect to contracts and procurement. Monitoring project cost with respect to approved budget.
    • Upload Budget & Schedule in SAP/ERP.
    • Cost Control & Reconciliation
    • Variation (Additional Cost) to be prepared after confirmation of Shop Drawing Approval, CVI (Confirmation Verbal Instruction Approval from Client), TQ (Technical Query Approval from Client), MOM (Minutes of      Meeting).
    • Preparation of Cost to Complete (CTC) Reports.
    • Work on Project Cost reduction (Value Engineering) solutions.
    • BOQ amendment as per actual Site Execution (Based on As Built Drawings). Re-measurement Finalisation for Sub-Structure, Finishing Works, External Works & Provisional Works.
    • Review and check the interim payments and final payment claims submitted by the contractor, particularly the bill of quantities done by the contractor.
