Deputy Project Director – Real Estate
Experience: 8+ years of proven expertise in BD, Strategy, Project Planning, and Business Plan Management in the real estate sector.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields, along with an MBA in Finance, General Management, or an equivalent qualification.
Job Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project execution plans, outlining scope, resources, and timelines.
- Oversee the appointment of consultants and manage design, legal approvals, and project launch readiness.
- Coordinate pre-construction activities with consultants across Design, RCC, MEP, and Liaison.
- Manage and track end-to-end project cash flows, ensuring a strong grasp of revenues and costs.
- Monitor project construction milestones from CC to OC, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines.
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate project risks effectively.
- Work closely with liaison architects for BMC and other regulatory approvals.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and project progress.
- Handle society negotiations, landowner coordination, and other key stakeholder engagements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.

Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Real Estate
Experience: 4+ Years of proven experience in CRM related activities within the real estate industry, building the business’s overall consumer management capability in order to provide a high level of service and excellent consumer experience and capture data across all key touchpoints of the business.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree.
Job Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular communication, and providing a unique post-sale experience
- Recording, updating, and following up on CRM database, and ensuring data is accurate and not duplicated
- Monitoring project progress, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete, and updating clients on the project
- Assisting customers with queries related to legal, registration, banking, and more
- Ensuring compliance with company processes and procedures, and identifying and reporting discrepancies to management
- Preparing reports on a daily, weekly, quarterly, and monthly basis
- Recruiting, training, managing, and developing the CRM team
- Handling customer escalations and ensuring satisfactory closures
- Keeping track of outstanding customer collections
- Getting bank approvals for project housing loans

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare contracts and agreements related to the project.
- Ensure contracts adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage contract execution, including compliance with terms, deadlines, and payment schedules.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and contractors/vendors for contractual matters.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to contracts.
- Communicate with clients regarding payment schedules and outstanding invoices.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely invoices and payments.
- Resolve disputes or discrepancies related to billing or contracts.
